[ZendTo] Replace user ID with Full Name from LDAP

would it be possible, perhaps as an RFE, to be able to replace in emails where it shows a users login ID with their actual name. Looking in NSSDropOff I see $whoWasIt created which holds the employee who picked it up. I presume when LDAP is queried the giveName and sn would need to be stored in the auth table as-well ? Thinking of this from a security perspective of not giving out employees user IDs.
