I probably do now have the time to include this if you can send it to me.
It will obviously need to be controllable, as it's not a feature we
could use (45,000 users in our AD), but small sites might appreciate it.
I would probably write my own code for producing the list of potential
recipients, probably in Perl (that's what I find the easiest), rather
than rely on a JVM, but your code for that would still be useful as you
no doubt have sorted out a lot of design issues from which I could benefit.
So please do send us all the code again, and I will endeavour to add the
feature so sites can use it if they want to.

P.S. Anything to do with pre-authentication, I still don't see how to
do, let alone implementing an API to do all sorts of clever things
programmatically.
