[ZendTo] Progress bars working in IE !!

I guess that's a benefit of a long lie-in this morning, I had a couple 
of hours with my iPad to work on the upload progress bars, as it was 
bugging me that they didn't work on IE.

So now they do!

I have just released version 3.65 which includes upload progress bars 
that appear to work on most versions of IE at least. So please give it 
another go and let me know how you get on.

The only changes from the previous version are
     /opt/zendto/templates/new_dropoff.tpl
     /opt/zendto/templates/progress.tpl
     /opt/zendto/myzendto.templates/new_dropoff.tpl
     /opt/zendto/myzendto.templates/progress.tpl
so you can just drop in the new files if you prefer.
