Your mail relay mail.matech.net is not allowing relaying based on the IP 
address of the sender, only on the sender address. You need to get your 
mail.matech.net setup fixed so that it will relay mail from any sender 
address if the mail comes from your ZendTo server.

It's not sendmail on your ZendTo server that's the problem, that is 
doing exactly what it is supposed to, you have that all configured 
correctly. Switching to Postfix would not help at all.

Your mail.matech.net box is being asked to relay mail originating from 
the ZendTo server's IP address with a sender address of whoever did the 
upload (which isn't one of your own email addresses). It just needs 
configuring correctly to allow mail relaying from the IP address of your 
ZendTo server.
