[ZendTo] Upgrade to 4.03, AD/LDAP authentication fails

Hi Jules, did a yum update this morning. This turned out to be a
database problem. After realising it was only accounts that had
previously been used I cleared out loginlog and anything else with data
(they were all old). New accounts were not effected, so I assume the
logon procedure was failing after authentication. I checked with tshark
and the AD authentication was successful but I saw "invalid username or
password" until I cleared out the database. I should have taken a db
backup before but I've spent hours on this and getting frustrated!
