[ZendTo] ZendTo 4.01 released

Hi folks!

I have just released ZendTo 4.01.

This addresses all the outstanding issues and niggles with 4.00.

I have also added code to detect IE6 and redirect you to Microsoft's 
site advising you to upgrade, as ZendTo really does not display well on 
IE6 (and never will as it's not worth the effort).

Download as usual from http://zend.to .
