[ZendTo] php,.ini settings on the website.

the php.ini settings on the website ( http://zend.to/phpini.php ) has two entries for error_reporting in the CentOS section.
 
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_NOTICE
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED 
 
Also,
The three 'apc' settings are not in the php.ini file for v3.94 or v4.00.   Given the recent update to version 4.00 and the considerable work by Julian in allowing uploads greater than 2Gb, the webpage might need to be re-visited.
