[ZendTo] ANNOUNCE: ZendTo version 4.00 released

I have just released the first stable version of ZendTo version 4.00.

This marks a milestone in development as it has a totally new user 
interface, professionally designed and written for me.

There are screenshots of the new interface on the Zend.To website, where 
you can of course download it.
