Good news. I have now implemented it properly in a way that will 
actually work and do something useful, especially if you have a large 
file listing local domains.

You need to add another table to your database again, but that's 
explained in the Change Log.

I'll test this as best I can tomorrow if I get time, and will publish 
another update after that.
