Thanks. I fixed the adresses of a few users in AD, so it shouldn't be a
problem again.
We should be going live this week.

Easy fix to this one.
Go through your preferences.php file.
Every time you find
    a-z
Replace it with
    a-zA-Z
and then you will be fine.

I'll fix this in the next release, but that's all you should have to do.
