[ZendTo] Zendto max # of attachments

We ran into an issue today with someone trying to attach 25 files.
 
Looks like you can attach more then 20 in the interface, but only 20 get
included in the drop-off.
 
Not sure if it is something on my side, but was asked if we can keep the
interface from not allowing more then 20 attachments if that is the hard
limit.
